The Cause of High School Dropouts

In life, money can be hard to come by. Most jobs require at least a high school
diploma, but some people start working with major jobs at a young age. This and frustration can lead to teens becoming high school dropouts. Some people drop out of high school if they have a family at a young age, or self-confidence issues.
Some students may drop out of high school if they have a young family to provide
for in the future. For some men and women, love comes at a young age with a plan for a long future life together. Sometimes, the young man and woman may drop out together to be with each other. For example, if a student proposes to a girl he has loved for years, but they are
only seniors, he might drop out of school to work as many hours as possible to provide for her.
In addition, if the young couple start a family, they will both need jobs, so his now wife may drop out during her last half of senior year also. Therefore, students may drop out of school if they have something or someone to provide for.
In addition, some students may drop out of high school if they have confidence issues.
For example, if a young man who isn’t very intelligent always puts himself down for it, he may make a major decision and drop out of school because of his self-given flaws. Self-confidence issues can also mean a student thinking too highly of themselves. If a student is high up in the “social rating,” they could become sort-of cocky and think they are too good to be in school
and dropout.
Therefore, some students may drop out of school to plan and start a future with a family
to provide for, if they think they’re not smart enough, cool enough, or strong enough, or they simply believe they are “too cool for school.”
