Foods that can help Benefit your Skeletal System:

  1. Cheese and some other dairy products.

  • Nutrition: Cheese and a few other dairy products

                              can benefit your skeletal system through

                              a good source of Calcium.

     2.  Fish such as Salmon or Tuna.

  •  Nutrition: Both salmon and tuna have

                              a good source of vitamin D

                               to support the Skeletal  System

    3.  Yogurt

  •     Yogurt is also a good

               source of Calcium and

               some (not much) vitamin

                D.

    4.  Wheat and Whole Grain Cereals

  •      These types of fortified

                foods contain essential

                minerals.

       5.  Sunflower Seeds & Soybeans

  •     Both sunflower seeds and

              soybeans contain iron

               but soybeans contain more

      6.  Milk

  •      Milk also contains a

                good source of calcium.
